There are times at a busy airport baggage carousel, when just about every suitcase or travel bag seems to be black; that nobody would blame you for thinking that range of available luggage styles is quite small. However, a quick internet search will show you that there in fact a rather large selection of cute luggage sets available!
By using the term “cute”, don’t be tricked into thinking that we are just talking about youngsters. Granted, there are a whole range of sets with children’s favorite characters on the exterior, often in bright colorful patterns. However, adults also have their own selection of funky patterned and striped bags that shout out boldness and individuality.
Adults might like a “Safari” exotic zebra print, a pink polka dot set or a giraffe print. The designs available are often surprising! For teens or younger adults, something like the Rockland brand might be particularly suitable with its patterns influenced by multi-colored pop art. They are certainly very popular.
The greatest selection of cute luggage is undoubtedly targeted towards younger children. There is even a two piece penguin shaped set including a rolling case and carry-on. Often, pieces are influenced by particular characters or themes like Tinkerbell or Disney. They are invariably bright, colorful and happy images that can actually be the one thing that stops children becoming bored on a trip. You can also find cute luggage as individual cases or packs. You certainly don’t have to buy a set, but be aware that it can often be cheaper to do so, rather than buying the same pieces separately. A really nice option might be to buy a Disney backpack or Hello Kitty suitcase for a child’s birthday present, but make sure that you choose a theme or character that they like! At the same time, in the case of adults, many people find designs like flowers, animal patterns or bright colors to be really tacky. So with cute luggage, always know the person that you are buying it for!
